Pre Autumn Trends – Women’s Fashion.

This week we are taking inspiration from the Autumn colours and saying it’s time to step out in style with classics.

Details such as folds, pleats are used to create volume on shoulders, as well as to add texture to and interest to tops, blouses and dresses. Delicate lace as prints, fabric and trim softens clear-cut silhouettes like knee length A-line skirts and jodhpur style trousers. The colour palette is dominated by camel, brown, grey and midnight blue with contrast hues of mustard yellow, peacock green and shades of lilac.

Stepping out in reinterpreted classics. Folds and pleats create volume. Lace, prints, applications. Fabrics are tweeds, wools, marled materials, angora and soft transparent chiffon. Key colours are camel, brown, greys and midnight blue with contrasts in mustard yellow, mid blue, peacock green and shades of lilac.

Into the military look for all. You’re in the army now!.

Uniform details. The vintage army jacket is a must. Worn with two tone jeans, loose tops in flamed jersey and skinny combat trousers. Look out also for hand drawn print tops. The fabrics are cotton canvas and twill, leather, nylon and coated materials, colours are army green and denim blue with daring contrasts in bright pink, bright turquoise and crisp white.
